To whomever may consider partnering/investing with Composite Building Structures in any state or foreign country BEWARE:
Many individuals have invested several hundred thousand dollars into the Composite Building Structures - Florida, LLC.
After six years, the proprietors - James P. Antonic (CEO, Composite Building Structures) of Ft. Myers, Florida and Kenneth J. Engel (Vice President, Human Resources, American Sugar Refining, Inc.) of Yonkers, New York have apparently run through all company funds by doing little, if anything, that was discussed with investors during the original stock offering/presentation.
While investors have sought information regarding the company's status and financials, the executives have refused to acknowledge legitimate requests. The executives have conveniently lost their voices.
Is it not surprising with such arrogance and lack of professional courtesy that the company has failed?
As a word of caution, if you are considering a relationship with this organization or either executive in any business venture relative to structural composites you are urged to perform thorough due diligence.
You will save yourself money and frustration in doing so!

Several people were employed by a former version of this company and were never compensated for their services.
Be careful as they will try to sell you rabbit turds and tell you they are Raisinettes.
I'm trying to think if there was anything James Antonic ever told me about the business that ever actually came true.
I don't believe he followed through on any of the things he talked about when he took my money.
Actually I don't think he ever wanted to follow through on building a plant to build homes. He wanted someone to give him big money for his idea.
I guess I should have known better. But then I know others who have fallen for the pitch as well. I certainly hope anyone reading this will not fall victim to him ever again.

Re: Composite Framing Memo Agreement
We plan to build ________ homes in 2012, ________ homes in 2013, and ________ homes in 2014.

• You have offered to supply us with Optimized Construction Composites as the support skeleton house envelope and deliver them shortly after our order, and
• You have indicated that your support walls are priced competitive or slightly less than our current support wall materials (in-place), and
• You have offered to fix and hold the price on the pultruded skeleton parts in your wall assemblies until December 2011.
• Provided that your price, quality, on-time delivery, and erection meet our specifications and schedules, and
• Provided that should your company not be able to deliver as above that we have the ability to use alternative materials without affecting our projected use of your products or this agreement, and
• Provided that your product meets our quality, quantity, and timing requirements all at a price acceptable to us, then
• Under such conditions, we could commit to buy a fixed number of house shells based on your production ability, quality, and volume to meet our requirements as projected on the reverse.
Upon successful testing, pricing, and customer acceptance, we may be prepared to enter into a licensing agreement, under your patents; to become the sole supplier of your products in an “Area of Responsibility” that includes a territory and market as decided between us later.

I have filled out a rough estimate of our potential use of your products for the next two years on the reverse of this memo agreement. This money is to apply as a partial payment of our first invoice from you, or returned to us upon request.

It would be my opinion that no one should ever trust James P. Antonic in any business dealing unless you want to get screwed! DO NOT GET INVOLVED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Whatever James Antonic tells you about the strength of this product is not the truth as IT HAS NEVER BEEN TESTED.
Ask to see the proof if he tells you it has.
He blew all the investors money which was intended to be used for that purpose.
